Bring a drum if you have one.

3:00 - 4:00
Introduction to Self Care Massage Techniques, Meridith Morse

Your body communicates with you through signals every moment of its existence. When you feel pain or discomfort your body is trying to get your attention… Simply acknowledging that feeling with touch for a moment eases the pain and is something we do naturally. Imagine how much more relief you would feel if you spent a little extra time appreciating and acknowledging your body. In this workshop you will learn a few ways to get in touch with your body. Through simple movements, stretches, and massage techniques you will start feeling better right away, and with practice you will be able to keep your body happier for years to come.

4:00 - 4:30
Jana Mason, Dancing with the Wheel.
Hippocrates said "Natural forces within us are the true healers". Connecting to these forces and incorporating them into our life can make a big difference on any healing path. Join Jana at her Wheel and learn how to make the journey a dance rather than a struggle.
